  • CCTV Images of people and vehicles at our offices located at the address above


How we get the information and why we have it:

Most of the information we process is provided to us directly by you so we can fulfil your order or request, send you marketing information because you have opted in or to help you with an enquiry.

We also receive data to process from third parties, this could be the case where we fulfil orders on someone else’s behalf or if a school is creating a yearbook or entering a competition.

If it is the case that your personal data is to be processed outside the EEA we will ensure there is an appropriate level of security so your personal information is protected in the same way as if it was being used within the EEA.

All personal data is held within Bonacia's secure network which uses 'per user' based access control, or on our secure Amazon servers.

Each brand within Bonacia has its own dedicated folder structure, which ensures that only those Bonacia employees who need to see any personal information can.


How long we keep your information

How long we keep the information we collect about you depends on the type of information, the purpose for which it was originally collected, the instructions of a controller when we act as a processor, and the requirements to comply with applicable laws.

Once the retention period has expired, the information will be securely disposed of or permanently deleted.
